C3 or Refresh

The past 24 hours I have been at a conference called C3, Creative Church Conference. It has totally rocked my world. I came in expecting some cool new ideas on ministry and stuff like that. However, instead of hearing ideas on how to do ministry, I've heard God telling me how to be a minister and a man of God. Last night, God taught me that I need to be more merciful in all I do. One of the speakers last night was a man by the name of Jentezen Franklin. He is a magnificent speaker. Also, Christine Caine from Hillsong Church in Australia spoke about how the church needs to start being the church instead of doing church.
This morning, we heard from the Senior Pastor at Fellowship Church, the hosting church. Ed Young spoke about people who are crazy in the church and then about burnout. They were both phenomenal. The afternoon was filled with more unbelievable speakers including Jentezen again. This time he spoke about being addicted to ministering to others. It really spoke to my heart and encouraged me.
This whole time I've been able to hang out with my Dad and other men from my area. God is really speaking to my heart and the hearts of those around me.
