What God has been doing

Sorry it has been a couple of months since I blogged last. God has been doing amazing things in my life the past few weeks. For starters, my favorite team the Denver Broncos are 5-0 for the first time since 1998 and look like a possible contender for an AFC Championship Game (still not sure about Super Bowl). However, that stuff is meaningless compared to what He has really done for me.
I have been reading this book called Sustainable Youth Ministry by Mark DeVries. It has really been helpful for me and I pray that I can apply it to the Youth Ministry at Agape. Also, God has blessed me to spend my second anniversary with my wife, Markita. God is so great to have blessed me with her. I have a joy in my heart that I have never had. It is hard to explain but something feels different. Even though some things fall apart at times (that's life) I still have joy.
Finally, I am proud to say that I am an uncle. My niece was born on October 9th at 10:30 pm. She is beautful and her name is Elizabeth Faith Shelton. Here is her picture:
