Taste and See

Why do you think that there are wine tastings, cheese sampling, and samples in wal-mart and Sam's? Is it to give away free food that isn't selling? I don't think so. They give it out so you will taste and see that it is good.

God wants us to taste His goodness and know that He is very good. I remember the first time I tasted a Maple Butter Blondie at Applebee's. I kept the taste in my mouth for a long time. I actually can taste it as I am talking about it. God needs to be the same way. A taste that lingers and we can't help but taste it when we hear His name. Let's allow others to taste the Lord and see that He is good. Better than any dessert in the world, even a Maple Butter Blondie.
